1.3 Client Chatbot Data

For clients using our AI chatbots:

• Vector embeddings (stored in Qdrant)

We do NOT use client chatbot data to train any global model unless explicitly permitted.

• Render/AWS/Cloud hosting for application servers

• No unauthorized internal access to customer data

We do not store your card details on our servers.
All financial data is encrypted and processed by the payment provider.

Vector embeddings, chat logs, and training data can be deleted anytime on request.
